Our mission is to love one another as Christ has loved us. For over 126 years, Mt. Transfiguration Baptist Church has been a place to honor and worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We open our hearts to God through many fellowship opportunities and extend a hand of welcome and friendship to all who worship here.
We feel great joy in hearing God’s word, witnessing and experiencing God’s love in fellowship and praise. We invite you to come and share in this Christian experience.
Our deepest desire at Mt. Transfiguration is to lead souls to Christ and embrace them in love and friendliness. We offer spiritual opportunities for all ages. We are a church of missions, and as we lift our hearts unto the Lord, we are constantly blessed by His unfailing grace. Our goal is to be a church of refuge, a place of love and acceptance for all. With open hearts and minds, we reach out in friendship to everyone.
